System (QMS) includes procedures, records & guidelines.
We follow the Process Plan
defined for the particular department, which is an integral
part of the project plan. The quality plan includes the quality
goals for the project. For offshore customer support services
these goals include turnaround time, first time right solution,
process compliance, and effective communication.
When the project is completed
and all deliverables are given to the customer, a project
signoff meeting is conducted to systematically analyze the
project learning. Feedback Form once filled by customer then
we include them in database for future reference.
